Order Processing and Shipping Information
Order Processing:
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Additionally, when your order is delivered, you will receive a final notification email.
For custom orders, please note that preparation time may be longer, with an estimated timeframe of 14 business days. However, once your custom order is placed, our dedicated customer service manager will contact you promptly to confirm order details and address any questions.
Please note that due to increased carrier demand, tracking information may not update as frequently as usual. In some cases, carrier tracking systems may not display real-time updates and may refresh only once every 24 hours.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Domestic Shipping:
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for domestic orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping:
We provide international shipping worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for international orders will also be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that your order may incur import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches the destination country. ZM Beauty is not responsible for these fees, and as the customer, you are responsible for covering these costs.
How to Track Your Order:
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 2 business days for tracking information to become available. Once you receive your tracking number, you can use the Order Tracker to view your order status.
If your order has not been received within the expected timeframe, please contact us at service@zmbeautysupply.com with your name, company (if applicable), and order number.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or U.S. Military Bases:
For shipments to P.O. boxes or U.S. military bases, we can only use the United States Postal Service (USPS). Depending on the shipping method selected during checkout, your order and shipping option may be adjusted to meet these requirements.
Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@zmbeautysupply.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis and do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
