  • Preferred formulas, shades, packaging styles, or reference samples.
  • Required certifications (EU, CE, FDA, MSDS, etc.).
  • Estimated order quantities.

Step 2

Quotation Agreement – Transparent Pricing

Based on your confirmed requirements, we will prepare an official quotation that includes:

  • Unit pricing under different MOQs.
  • Packaging and decoration costs (printing, embossing, labeling).
  • Sampling, testing, or certification fees (if required).
  • Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) and payment terms.

Step 3

Secure Payment – Confirming Your Order

Once the quotation is approved, we issue a proforma invoice (PI).

  • Payments can be made by bank transfer (T/T), credit card, or agreed method.
  • A deposit confirms production scheduling; balance is paid before shipment (unless otherwise agreed).

We will provide a payment receipt and immediately proceed to the design phase.

Step 4

Design & Revision – Tailored to Your Brand

Our Pride Design Team develops custom packaging and product visuals.

  • We provide design drafts, dielines, 3D mock-ups, and material suggestions.
  • Multiple revision rounds are included until you are fully satisfied.
  • Final design files are signed off before moving into production.

Your role: provide brand logo (AI, PDF, or PNG), Pantone references, and style preferences.

Step 5

Production Start – From Concept to Reality

Once the design is approved, we:

  • Source raw materials and packaging.
  • Schedule production and perform pre-production sample checks.
  • Begin full manufacturing with strict process control.

Optional: clients may request a pre-production sample for approval before mass production.

Step 6

Quality Assurance – Strict Control at Every Stage

Each batch undergoes comprehensive QC checks including:

  • Appearance (color consistency, no leakage or printing errors).
  • Functionality (weight, texture, pH, performance stability).
  • Safety & compliance tests (microbiology, heavy metals, etc., if required).

Outcome: a full QC report with photos and videos is provided for your records.

Step 7

Shipping Arrangement – Safe and Reliable

After QC approval, products are carefully packed and prepared for shipment.

  • We arrange logistics (sea freight, air freight, or express delivery).
  • Full shipping documents provided: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading/air waybill, COA, MSDS (if required).
  • You may use your own freight forwarder or we can handle it for you.

Final Delivery & After-Sales Support

  • Tracking details and shipment documents are shared in real time.
